INSTALLATION  SKILLS - Many flooring companies utilize sub-contract labor. This allows them to give you a very competitive bid for standard installations by using set prices that are established regionally as an excepted rate for sub-contract labor. Companies that employ their own labor force are generally very competitive on standard easy installations, but tend to specialize in more complicated installations that require more attention to structural, finish, and technical details. Some companies use the same sub-contract installers for carpet, vinyl, laminated flooring, and wood flooring. KHF1 is installed by a professional installer that has had experience or is under the supervision of a person that has had experience installing custom hardwood floors.
